transferring an account

Can you tell me the process for transferring a domain name account (not just redirecting) from another host to X10.

Let me see if I can understand what you are asking. Are you wanting to transfer your domain from its current registrar to x10?

If that is the case, you can't. x10 is just a web-host provider, unless something has changed since I last was here. You can point ( using nameservers ) the domain to your x10 account, but you can't transfer the domain to x10.
