Transferring Parked Domain

Dear Sir/Mdm,

I have encountered problems transferring the parked domain originally on my account to my friend's x10hosting account. Our account details as below:

Myself
Primary domain: ntucacfoc.x10hosting.com
No sub-domain
Ad-free plan
cpanel username: cacfoc

Friend's
Primary domain: cacfoc09.x10hosting.com
No sub-domain
Ad-free plan
cpanel username: cacfoc09

I had removed all parked domains from my account but she sees the following message when she tried to add "ntucacfoc.com" as the parked domain:

Adding Parked Domain
There was a problem creating the parked domain. Show Details
Error from park wrapper: ntucacfoc.com is owned by another user.

In response to this problem, I removed the pointers to x10hosting's DNS server from the registar of "ntucacfoc.com". It seems like it doesn't help.

No. My friend still sees the error:

Maybe there is problem with the database or something?

Moving this to level 2 support so a admin can remove the dns entry.

You also need to change the nameservers at your registrar to ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com.
