Transferring SMF

I recently switched to free x10 hosting and I'm not sure how to transfer the Simple Machines Forums database over to the new site. I've attempted to follow the instructions that SMF's site gives you. Whenever I visit my webpage this is all it shows: http://i.imgur.com/hFaP9w8.png

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. I had members and posts on the other host and I don't want to lose that information.

Make sure to upload the files to your public_html directory. Only files uploaded to public_html will appear on your website.

Now this is showing up when I try and use the repair_settings.php to fix the Database.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function db_fatal_error() in /home/revolut7/public_html/Sources/Subs-Db-mysql.php on line 106

Well, can you check that file on line 106, take out the personal info, and post line 106 without the personal info so we could be more helpful?
