Tried connecting to the cpanel and getting failed everytime

Hi there , I Tried connecting to the cpanel via the link that u send me in the mail (for fris) and its getting failed everytime saying The connection has timed out
The server at fris.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.

and same goes with the webmail link ... can you tell me what needs to be done further ??Regards
