Trouble accessing site and cPanel

I have trouble accessing my site and cPanel :/ I try to get on my site, but Chrome tells me the connection has been interrupted.

Last time x10hosting.com messed with migration, I lost everything and had to sign up again.

I'm getting the same issue, and I'm on Prime. The only difference is that CPanel works fine for me, but my website will not load!

Can anyone help?
