Last time Stoli was rebooted, I lost my entire Zen-Cart hosted on x10hosting.com. Now, when I load my homepage, and click to my online store I get the following message: Sorry!
There seems to be a problem connecting to our database. Please give us a few minutes to remedy the problem. Thank you.

This is the same thing that happened last time. I had created a support ticket but got no help on this. How do I get my Zen-Cart back online? Im losing money. Once I get it back online, im going to switch to premium hosting.

The SQL servers have been brought offline for maintenance.

Please check for updates in the following thread. Be patient everything will be up and running again soon.

Corey posted they were back online and running smoothly. The site loads now which it didn't do when Stoli was down. The problem is instead of loading my shopping cart, I get the above error message. Anyone?

Again, I personally do not see anywhere in this post http://forums.x10hosting.com/service-alerts/102610-mysql-update.html that the SQL Servers are back online. Although from my own research they seem to be slowly coming back online now. Please refer to http://forums.x10hosting.com/service-alerts/102610-mysql-update.html for you're MYSQL issues. Yes the reboot is complete the SQL maintenance is not.

I understand. I misread your post. Thanks. Once this is all restored, will there be any issues with switching over to premium hosting so I have more up time, or will this be a major transition?

No problem bud. As for the switching to premium I'm not sure if the premium is hosted on the same server as the free, most likely it's not that's just obvious lol. It shouldn't be that hard simple full website back up and upload on the new cpanel. Although Corey might have a system setup, the previous host i use to work for had a system if you went from free to paid account it will automatically shut you're free site down for one hour and move it over to the premium server.

Hello, There is a transfer of your account done for you from a free-hosting server to a paid-hosting server if you upgrade to paid hosting. There is an option to have this done when signing up for it.
