Trouble Deleting File From Public_HTML

When I delete file from Public_HTML itself or from folders with Public_HTML the file or files just return.

How are you trying to delete it? FTP, cPanel File Manager, something else?

Try to delete using Legacy Filemanager in your cpanel.

carl6969: I tried deleting them via FTP and even through both files managers in cPanel yet they reappear.
gsonline: I did, but the files reappear.
