Trouble Getting Started

Hi,
Looking forward to getting going here. I appreciate any assistance.

When I try to "+Add New Website" from the control panel, no software is available in the Software Installer section. Then, when I tried to use SiteBuilder, I received an error message saying "Unable to create SiteBuilder user (2)."

I will attempt to upload screenshots, but I even had trouble getting going with access to this forum. I received an email saying an account had been created on this forum for me automatically with my x10 hosting signup. However, my x10 password didn't work. Then I had to request a reset, click the email to have a new password sent, log in with the auto-generated password from the next email, and then reset the password to one of my liking here in the community forum. Kind of a whirlwind!

You would probably be better served to switch to CPanel 3 and use the softaculous installer.

I'm having trouble with this too, when I go to CPanel 3 and click on the softaculous installer it just gives me a hundred other apps to choose from. All I'm doing is a text and link based website.

Thats what softalicious does ?? when you see a software there that you wanna use you click on it and the install process begins.

My account went dormant, but then I "unsuspended" it. I installed Wordpress through Softilicious, but now when going to my site, it still says suspended.
