Trouble installing Drupal with Softaculous

I am unable to install Drupal with Softaculous. After filling up the details in the install page i get this error :

The following Errors were found :
The MySQL Database could not be selected

Any insights ?

You can try reinstalling it using softalicious. If that doesn't work, I'd just download drupal and install it manually. It's not very hard and doesn't require any knowledge other than copying files and creating a database and user.

Are you already using the maximum number of databases you can have on your account?

1. I know drupal and had worked hard to create a great looking site. Hand-picked modules/ themes.
   
2. But after the recent x10 updates ( which were "supposed" to make things better by adding feature like softaculous ) my site is broken.
   
3. After months of trying to fix it and get my account to work, I am trying to re-install using Softaculous only to realize that it doesn't work without using forums or support tickets.

All the more, I regret choosing x10 and staying for for more than a year.

P.S : I was promted to login thrice before posting this :nuts:
