Trouble Linking Accounts

Hey guys,

I am a new registered user nad having trouble linking my forum account to my management control panel account. When I log into the hosting portion it says to enter my forum username, so I enter my forum username and it states that "Specified username does not exist". Both forum and cPanel accounts have same email. I was also told that I was ona que which I am fine with, but does that effect me logging into my cPanel account?

Well, yes it would affect you logging into your cpanel - that's for the site.

Have you used your EXACT forum name?

If not, using the Support link >>>>>>> (to your right hand side) will get you slightly more help in linking your account.

This is unofficial support so there is little, I and other users, can do to actually help if you've already done this and it's not accepted the forum account name.
