trouble linking forum account to user account

I am trying to log in and this message appears:

In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!


I entered my account username- alyssa and it didn't work and then I tried my forum username and it didn't work. am I using the wrong username.

Please help!

Your cPanel username is Lulu

You should use your forum username (leytonlove4ever) to login to the AMP.
