Trouble Logging in

Hello,

I am haveing trouble logging into my Account Pannel, to access cPanel, specifically. I enter my Username and password, and it says:

"The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account."

I cannot seemt o solve this problem, and i have logged in sucessfully in the past.

It seems that you no longer have a free hosting account linked to your forum account. This is probably due to inactivity. After 24 days (which has now been upgraded to 41 days) of inactivity, accounts are deleted. You may sign up for a new account at any time if you wish. I can also request a staff member double check on your account status, but chances are if I can't see your account, then it is gone.

Well the thing is, I signed up for this service 3 days ago. Yes, its been only 3 days, well under the 24-day inactivity limit. This is what has me currently stumped.

I also know that it is still activated, because I can access my site via FTP no problem.

Yeah, very strange. Did you accidentally sign up for a new forum account name? Also, do you recall the CPanel user name that you used? You can sign up for an account again, but if you have multiple hosting/forum accounts, things can get messy

Ah, I have just verified, and I got mixed up between my cPanel accout and my forum account :dunno:

You may have a problem since your forum account is not linked to your hosting account. You may continuously be suspended if this happens because your forum visits will not be logged correctly. Can you please post or PM your CPanel user name so I can check it? If you are on a paid account, you will be fine, this only applies to free hosting.

That CPanel login is not in the database. I will ask a staff member to try and sort this out for you. Sorry for the confusion.
