Trouble Logging In

Once again I am having trouble logging into my account. I am positive that I am inputting the correct information. However it keeps saying that the information is wrong. Also when i request to get my password reset, it says that there is no account with my email address. All my sites seem to be in working order. Will this be fixed soon?
