Trouble opening notifications

When i log into my accout and I go to my homepage, There is a black box thats says that there are important notifications reguarding my account, click here to view them. When i click on the box, nothing happens. I just wanted to know if i was doing anything wrong or if the link is broken.\r\nThanks

Where exactly are you logging into and where are you seeing that black box?

When i log into my client account, and go to my Hosting Account Panel, there is a black box saying i have an important notification reguarding my account, I'm assumeing this is for my site because i cannot access it yet. Then i tried to click notifications under the account tab, but there was just a message saying that i had no notifications
