I just tried to park jbetamusic.com on my account and received the following error:

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully synchronized with Jackmunch. Array ( [0] =>
Array
[1] => (
[2] => [0] => /jackmunch/bin/node-domain-action.php
[3] => [1] => jbeta
[4] => [2] => park
[5] => [3] => jbetamusic.com
[6] => )
[7] =>
Error: Jackmunch response contained an error: Permission denied for user root@[hostname] for command HOSTING-DOMAINACTION )

I purchased the domain through GoDaddy and have already specified nameservers NS1.X10HOSTING.COM and NS2.X10HOSTING.COM. GoDaddy says they're active. What can I do?

Hello,

Although the system produced this error, I just checked the parked domain jbetamusic.com and it points to the same thing as your main domain, suggesting it is working correctly even if cPanel/account panel says otherwise. Can you confirm this?

Thanks.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I see that the domain is parked in cpanel but when I try to visit the site it points me to the old host. I unparked over there and redirected from godaddy already.

Hello,

Try clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS, then try again. The parked domain resolves to x10 for me, suggesting it's a caching issue.

Thanks.

Hello,

Did you restart your browser after flushing the DNS? I usually find that flushing the DNS, clearing the browser cache, closing the browser, flushing the DNS again, then re-opening the browser works.

Thanks.

I tried the aforementioned steps twice and then tried different browsers with still, the same result. On a side note, is there anyway to stop having to fill out the verification form every post. Thanks again.

Hello,

It's possible that the DNS has not yet completely propagated. You could try accessing it via a proxy such as http://kproxy.com/ to see if it does actually load what it's meant to. As I said, it loads fine for me. Do the clearing and flushing periodically over the next 24 hours to see if the issue resolves itself. If it's still not working in 24 hours, let us know.

Thanks.

That must be it...shows up fine on kproxy. Thanks a whole bunch. I'll let you know how it looks in 24 hours or so.

This issue has been resolved. I just had to wait for the NS to update. Thanks again for your help.
