Trouble trying to requests an un-suspension

I have been trying for a while to get this account unsuspended, i have received barely any of the e-mails about warnings that this site said has been sent, i tried to send a request to have the suspension lifted a while ago and it said it sent, but i checked back and it then said failed. so i have re-tried and am receiving an error code (displayed below) - its fairly urgent as the work i have been doing on there is for my college corse... Any help soon would be great! thanks.

Well the new one you just earned -won't- be coming down.

We've got at least 2 image hosting scripts (violates File Hosting clause of the TOS), and then you also have the Zelune proxy script on here. That's 3 zero tolerance permanent suspensions in 3 folders I bothered to check. Do not pass go, do not collect backups, do not receive account back. Have a happy holiday!
