Trouble with Email account

I am having trouble accessing my email account. I can't configure it to outlook because I do not have it, so I tried to get to it by using this site, which gave me an error on my page. Also, I can't sign into my cPanel. What should I do?

You can login to your cPanel from this link http://priestess.x10Hosting.com:2082 and to your webmail from this link http://priestess.x10Hosting.com:2095. From there copy the information required to configure Outlook.
