Trouble with linking

I have trouble linking. Account and hosting name are both final. I get a email problem which is: The account specified is missing it's contact email address, this could be caused by one of two things: Either the account does not have a contact email address set, or our backend system has not updated yet. Updates to the backend occur every few hours.
I tried serveral times and it still won't work. My email is finalmaplestory@yahoo.com.

You should first go to your cPanel, and set finalmaplestory@yahoo.com as your contact mail.
Then you should go to www.x10hosting.com and log in with your forum username. Then you have to put your cPanel username, and you'll get a mail to confirm the mail.

Still won't work, I tried once then tried an hour later. Any other ways?
