Trouble with my database frequently

Hi, i've been working on my SMF forum hosted on your website but it seems that i'm always getting errors connecting to the database, which last for hours and occur multiple times a week. I was told if the problem persisted, I should contact you folks. Any help?

Yeah there's a known issue at the moment, check the News/Announcements forum - not sure if that applies 100% here but there is definitely something that they're working on.
