I'm setting up a VTC (virtual truck company) for ATS and ETS2 on X10 using TruckersData (https://jammerxd.com/) with the SDK install on my site and the client on my DT that links to my game. It tracks my Jobs and at end meant to add it to the SDK on server that enters it into the data base.

At the moment it's not adding the info to the site and just wounder if there is some restriction or some PHP and/or MySQL function that's not working or allowed on X10hosting?

Main site:http://thelazytruckers.pcriot.com
The TruckersData is at http://thelazytruckers.pcriot.com/tdl/

Thanks in advance of any and all help..

if there is some restriction or some PHP and/or MySQL function

might be due to...

due to the large abuse and security risk - x10hosting's free-hosting accounts do not have remote MySQL database access (both incoming and outgoing from the account) - x10hosting's firewall blocks all remote database access

Is there any way to request it to be activated like with the site space?

short answer - no

one of the big risks is - individual user activity can get entire servers (e.g. IP = 198.91.81.2) and domains (e.g. x10host.com) blacklisted
which would effect hundreds of accounts

No problem though I don't think it's really remote MySQL as all the the Client side dose in connect to the logger.php at a end of a trip that's on my site and that in turn meant to enter the info into the DB that's on the same server all MySQL actions take place on same server no connection to outside MySQL or direct connection to MySQL from out side my site as that's handled from a PHP file on the site..think I got that all right lol
