I do not know how to get this off my page it has been there since i have been with you all i have not been able to use my site since signing up 10 days now ?

Hello!

I can see your truclan.co.cc domain with phpBB in it.

Try setting permissions of folders to 0755 and of files to 0644.
Delete/Rename .htaccess

Yes nothing is working i am seeing this is happening all over x10 so is this a wide problem how long will it take to be fixed i have not been able to use the services because of all the down time please help me thanks

I can see the phpbb folder just fine, as maestrofx said earlier. The same holds true when viewed through a proxy; that generally means the problem is on the system viewing the site.

In this case, I'm going to re-recommend clearing browser cache and flush your systems DNS cache, and then restart the browser, all -before- attempting to reload the page. I've noticed clearing the browser and dns caches don't always seem to want to take effect if the browser doesn't close between attempts.

Assuming that still doesn't fix it, then I'm stumped for a solution as it's not happening here.

i have done all that and i get this when ever i go in that folder....

i have windows 7 U SP1

Fixing it now. The original caching error is gone, but your permissions on public_html are messed up. Someone set them to 777, which causes any php file to throw a 500 server error for security, as 777 is a security loophole.

That should be fixed shortly.

Fixed. Leave public_html at 755, along with any other folders. Set files to 644 for best results.

This is usually localhost? is it different with x10?

I have the maker looking at this too he is puzzled as i am when i go to the next step after putting all the info in i get this error.
