Trying to access forum

When trying to access my forum I receive this message:

General Error

SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Host 'lotus.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' [1129]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.





Then when I go to mysqladmin I get this:

phpMyAdmin - Error

#1129 - Host 'lotus.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'




I think Lotus MySQL is still down.


The account in question is algorathogame.exofire.net/Galaxytool/ as well as deathbringers.algorathogame.exofire.net/forum/

I have already read the service announcement, hence why I posted the new thread. I am still experiencing the above stated issue on http://deathbringers.algorathogame.exofire.net/forum/ and on http://algorathogame.exofire.net/galaxytool/

Is there any way I can do the flush-hosts or is it something that needs to be down by an administrator?
