Trying to change domain name, error occurs

In my account management page I currently have my main domain set at mtubafootballacademy.x10hosting.com. I would like to change the main domain to http://mtubafootballacademy.org, a domain I own (nameservers are all set up at godaddy).

Each time I go here https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&modify to try to change the main domain name, the system tells me "you have a domain change pending", I click status, and it keeps giving me the following error:

I keep trying to resubmit the request to change main domain name but it won't go through. Any ideas?

Sorry, just to add on to that: I just checked, and after submitting the request to change main domain - when I got o check the status - there is an IMMEDIATE error message (basically same as before). So it doesn't seem like its even being processed and rejected...just immediate rejection/error.

Seems it's owned by another user, is it linked or something parked or addon?
