Trying to create a service unsucessfully.

Since last week I'm trying to create a free service in my new account at x10hosting, but after a few moments I receive an email like this: "Hello, Your x10hosting service has been cancelled due to our system being down for maintenance during the time of creation. Please reattempt to create this service as needed. Thanks, x10Hosting Team"
I'm trying so hard by I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong.
Could You please help me.

I've tryed again.

Message
Your new service will be created soon. You will receive an email once it is ready.

This service has not been activated yet. This could be due to an unpaid invoice or an issue encountered during the order process. If this is not resolved within 30 minutes of placing an order, please check the support section to contact the support team.

Then, after 40 minutes, the cration of a free service failed. An email was received with the following information:

Hello,

Your x10hosting service has been cancelled due to our system being down for maintenance during the time of creation.

Please reattempt to create this service as needed.
