You still have a client account, but your hosting account (domain, data, etc.) is gone. After the account has been inactive (no account portal logins) for more than 30 days, it goes into suspension; if it remains in suspension for more than 14 days, it goes into the termination queue to free up server space. Since individual account backups are not available on Free Hosting, once your account has been terminated, it can no longer be restored.

To prevent this from happening in the future, you either have to log into your account portal at least once a month (it only takes a few seconds, and you don't actually have to do anything other than log in) or, if you expect to be away from internet-connected computers altogether for an extended period, you can upgrade to Prime membership (which basically covers your activity requirement for a relatively small fee, and has some other benefits as well).
