trying to get my account unsuspended

I am trying to get my account unsuspended (related to moving to a new server).

When I try to open a support request at the following URL

I am getting back the message.

Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (getupdated). Please visit our forums and read the news.

When I browse to
https://getupdated.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ AND
https://getupdated.x10hosting.com:2096/

I get back the following response.

"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
