Trying to install Joomla to my new site but getting an error!

Hi

I've just opened an account with this host and wantd to experiment with Joomla on my domain, but when I choose Joomla and fill in all the details (Website name, Site name, Admin name ..etc) I get this error.

"The field Table Prefix is required and must be filled out."

Does anyone have any idea whats wrong or maybe I'm being stupid.

This is not a server error
As the error you posted says - you need to set the field [ Table Prefix ]

Hello oudtrax1, this is due to an issue with the Softaculous installation API (which changed in some manner since our our implementation around it). I have the issue already resolved within a development branch of the software. I plan on having this released and fixed by later today.

Two weeks later and I decided to try again.

But I am still getting the same error message??

Nope, I am also getting the problem. Does anyone know when this might get fixed :frown:
