Trying to log in to my account gives me the error "We've found that you're connecting with a network

Trying to log in to my account gives me the error "We've found that you're connecting with a network proxy, VPN, or Tor, and we're unable to complete your request because of this. Please disable any such service, sign out and back in." even though I am absolutely not, and have received the error on multiple different connections, both from my computer and my phone. I need to login to remove my account inactivity suspension and I cannot do so because of this; I have been encountering this error for probably a couple of weeks now.

I use Opera Browser, which has a VPN built in, and if that is turned on you will get that message.
