Trying to make another account

Ok well I had free hosting from you guys before but I didnt use it. So now I would like to use it. But when I would sign up it says "IP in database" can anyone help me?

Nope, you cannot have two accounts. Even if I said you could, it would not let you because it has your IP stored in the database, and without your site information I cannot delete it.

can u search the subdomains by ip? ask the guy for the ip and then search for the ip and give him his info? is it possible?

Actually it does . Can you tell me how I would log on to cpanel and FTP with it? I forgot...(plus I reformatted my comp so I dont know)

Edit: Either way tha-****.x10hosting.com doesnt even work.... :-/

Thats because it was terminated, because of the name

You are now able to create another account. Just make sure there is no profanity in the subdomain.

You need to apply for Static and request an upgrade.
