I have had this "Prime" account for some years now but due to "life circumstances" I stopped using it and apparently the system marked it as "abandoned".
The advantage of paying the "Prime" fee was supposed to be precisely not having to log in every month.
Now that I try to return, I have realized that the "Prime" mode no longer even exists ... but the charge is still active !!
So my questions are:

1 - Is it possible to "revive" this old "Prime" account?
2 - What happened to the "Prime" benefits?

I hope you can help me, Thanks in advance!

1 - Yes, asking for admin assistance
2 - Prime no longer exists and nothing was introduced to replace it. It may exist again in the future. Right now, the cheapest x10 account is x10premium, but it's a 3 year commitment paid up front (although you get some perks that may make up for a little bit of it).

Please cancel the subscription to prime through your PayPal account or etc. This is the fastest way to ensure you do not get accidentally billed again. If you have any billing questions, please ask. Under no circumstances should you post your billing info, invoices, email addresses, account number, address, etc. etc. in this forum. They are publicly readable by anyone. I will try to get someone from the admin team to review your questions, saving you the hassle of emailing the general inbox.

I'd like to add, you likely had (have) it set as a recurring payment in paypal, please make sure to remove that as that is something we can not control.

We have not billed anyone for prime (or Illuminated) in a few years time, not even sure it was possible to set it to automatically renew from the account panel when it was an active option.

During end of first week in March, as part of our maintenance that was announced in mid December, we purged all accounts that had no login activity during the last 60 days prior, your account was outside that 60 day mark and even more so outside of the 30 day requirement for free hosting. Prior to our purging you last logged into your account on November 29th.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, purge was started on the 4th or March, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday March 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account.
I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.
