Trying to unsuspend my account

When I try to unsuspend account: teamwork I get this error message...

Unsuspension of your hosting account.

A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: AF4E5F48

I've not had any success in getting my account sorted out since ii was moved to a different server.

Hello,

I have restored and unsuspended your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
