Turning on output_buffering

Hello, I have a free website hosting with you . a little phpbb3 forum script I wanted to include a external login integration script on my main pages. but in order to do that I need output_buffering to be "on" cause I get Cannot modify header information which is due to that setting being off. can you turn it on for my site?

site is corum.x10host.com site is still work in progress.

I think you can call that in your PHP code, well at least that is how I do it.
