two accounts : i made one and my site on it, and another you give it to me

I'm sorry , i tried to solve this problem at first but i make it bigger .

Problem in brief...

i have signed up for free hosting account because you are great company..

details of my hosting account:
Username: epyramid
domain: epyramids.x10hosting.com
=====
I uploded my site files to my account "epyramid"

i made forum account with user name "egyptianman"
but with another email not the email i made with my hosting account

My Hosting email : ma.moby90@gmail.com
My Forum email : ma_moby30@yahoo.com

But a problem occurred..
my forum account "egyptianman" not linked to my hosting account "epyramid"
==>So..i tried to make anew forum account from my panel to be sure they are linked

i made forum account with username "masrawy"

==>THE SURPRISE ...
i found that YOU created a NEW HOSTING ACCOUNT with user name"masrawy"
and linked it to THE NEW FORUM ACCOUNT I MADE "masrawy"

I tried to change this but result was worth than the first case ...

THE RESULT :
all my files on hosting account "epyramid"
i can login to "epyramid" cpanel and control my files on server "STARKA"
i login to x10hosting forum with username "egyptianman"

BUT in the control panel....
i can't log in with email "ma.moby90@gmail.com"
I LOGIN with email "ma_moby30@yahoo.com"

TO find...
HOSTING ACCOUNT : MASRAWY
FORUM USERNAME : EGYPTIANMAN

and this is wrong .. my files on "epyramid" not "masrawy"

RESOLVING THIS PROBLEM through making:
===========

HOSTING ACCOUNT : EPYRAMID "contain all my files"
LINKED TO ... FORUM ACCOUNT : EGYPTIANMAN

DELETE HOSTING ACCOUNT "MASRAWY" AND FORUM ACCOUNT "MASRAWY"

N.B.
1-I DIDN'T MAKE 2 ACCOUNTS , IT WAS MISTAKE FROM LINKING THE HOSTING AND THE FORUM ACCOUNTS .

2- MY SITE SUSBENDED NOW ALTHOUGH I LOGGED IN TO THE FORUM WITH USER NAME "EGYPTIANMAN" ...please don't suspend my account .

Hello,

I have terminated your account "masrawy". your Hosting account "epyramid" is linked with forums account "worldtoday".
Follow these steps if you want to link hosting hosting account with this forums account.

1. Login on forums with username "egyptianman"
2. Click on setting and change your email address to ma.moby90[@]gmail.com (remove [] )
Note: if this email is already used by another forums account then first go to that forums account change its email to something else.
3. Go to Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login forums username "worldtoday" and password. (if you don`t remember the password or your password is not working click on Forgot Password link)
4. Go to "Account" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "forum account".

You will get this message

Your current forum account is worldtoday. You may swap usernames if your primary forum account is linked to another client account.

5. Click on "You may swap usernames" link. Enter credentials of forums account "egyptianman" there and then click on "Swap Forum Account link"

Don`t get confused, ask what you did not understand.
