Two big problem

OK i have two big problems, I can't upload things, when I try this it will just make a 0 bytes file that i cant edit. The second is that ever since my account was un-suspended, my crons will just disappear evertime i create them. Could some one please help with this.

This is most likely because you have filled your quota, and dont have any space to save the files.
