Ever since the server move, I have been unable to access cpanel. I am using http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/, I have tried the "I forgot my password" fix but no luck. I have tried to use the "reset password" process but that leads to my other problem.
When I click on the security link, I can't get passed the "Account Challenge Question". When I log into my account I see a message that says "Your account does not have a security challenge question set. Create one". I have tried this method to set the question but it doesn't seem to work.
What should I do?
