Ah, ok. I've heard that recently with Ubuntu 9.10 many seem to be having issues with wireless networking. I'll have to see what this mess is about myself soon.
Yeah, mess is a good word for it. I figured out how to circumvent my issue but the bigger picture is that the wireless card is still dead I don't even want to say how long I've spent trying to work this out. It would be embarrassing.
