Personally,I would dual-boot these two.But if you want to use on these,there are two scenarios:
1)If you are a gamer,don't go with any Linux OS.Stick with Windows.
2)If you are anything else except from gamer,then go with Ubuntu.It's easy to use,open-source,has everything you need and even more.And the best of all,it's free!
