Hello, i want to install Windows Vista beta 2 on my computer, but i dont know how to make my drive compatible with a UDFS DVD. Any Help?

Windows XP SP 1

For somereason i cant update to SP 2 so and other suggestions beside updating my service pack?

Lol, if you can't even get SP2 I would highly NOT recommend installing Vista Beta 2.. you better hope you've got tons of RAM, a good graphics card, and a lot of hard drive space.. my computer meets it's specs, but XP works fine for me.

Near the bottom they should have stuff addressing drivers, etc.

I think Windows XP is compatible with UDFS, on CD and DVD. So Vista should also be compatible. Anyway, if it's not, you can try installing "Nero InCD", which works on UDFS and should also install the filesystem driver.

about your update problem, try with the Windows XP SP2 Network Installer, which is better(and bigger) than windows update. download it from:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...BE-3B8E-4F30-8245-9E368D3CDB5A&displaylang=en

if that doesn't works, it should be because an illegal copy of windows installed on your computer.

ok ill try that on my other computer, windows update just doesnt want to update, it always stays at the "Looking for updates"or wutevah, ill try alvaroag's idea first because i have nero.
