I assume you are using a x10hosting's free-hosting server and not a VPS

If a "port" is not open on a free-hosting server - it will NOT be open - it is closed for a reason

I have not 'seen' UDP (User Datagram Protocol) on x10hosting's free-hostings servers - I do use it here on my own servers however
