You can use Dreamweaver to make your website or you can just install a CMS in easier way...

ok im a lil confused. if your thinking that x10 supplies ou with a system to manage your site cpanel is the closest thing your getting. you can get a CMS like joomla, drupal, mambo, etc. or you can use dreamweaver to design your site. there is a free trial of dreamweaver 8 and cs3 if you need.

But where do i put the website template in that is my problem and is there a free full version website builder out there that is all i need but i will take that advice.

Put it in the public_html

You can use CMS like e107, joomla, etc. (if you need help on them, tell me)

ya use joomla or mambo, i like drupal the best because of the themes. drupal is a bit harder to use but ur choice.
