Hi i think i may have messed up my database.

I had phpbb install in my fifaplay database this has been a popular site getting alot of traffic.

i then wasm aking another site and going to use the same hosting. i went to install phpnuke on the my space for my other site and stupidly used my fifaplay database for the database for phpnuke. now my fifaplay site is not working i get the following error when i try to log onto it :

General Error

SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Table 'memphiz_fifaplay.phpbb_config' doesn't exist [1146]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists


i am scared i have lost all my information for the fifaplay forums it was a league site and all the information for the league was in that site.

Try going to phpAdmin from cPanel
Select the database memphiz_fifaplay
Look at the listing of tables
If none of them start with phpbb_ and all start with somethink like phpnuke_
Bad news, installing the new software posibly cleared out all the old tables
And I guess you did not make a backup of the DB before this...

no unfortunately i didnt. looks like i have ****ed it. my own fault i stupidly typed the wrong database name in i had set another one up for the phpnuke.

all the members are going to so disapointed. everyone was really enjoying it.

any other ideas how i could get it back but i think it is lost for good.
