It's supposed to be the reverse of Hotspot Shield, giving a free UK IP, usually in order to watch British tv (BBC Iplayer ect).

It works on BBC, ITV players, which can be watched live and does give a UK address.
It's free due to advertising, however if you want to escape the adds, don't install the tool bar when installing and use firefox with adblock.

I'm sure it will be jumped on soon mate, so I wouldn't worry about it. Doesn't work with C4 or 5, although there are other ways to watch those. I have "heard" it works better than a lot of paid VPN's, so their noses must be out of joint....
