umm i cant find the paid support forum

I purchased the advanced hosting plan and i need help with something that involved mysql. but i thought i should be in the paid hosting forum area. can someone enable it for me? or do u want me to ask my prob here? thanks

Sorry for the inconvenience, you now have "VIP Status" and have access to the "Priority Support" forum.
You also should have access (when you registered for the account) to the client area. You can create support tickets there.
