Un-Suspension of A/c

Dear Sir,

I am just deleted some data on our database that's why A/c shows high server Usage. Please un-suspended A/c as date is passes on.
Please suggest me why this happened and how i stop this to not suspended again.

I am not running any blog on website its just Air flight status website.

Thanks for un-suspension.

Please look into it deeply because i have suspended two time for high server usage for just updating database.

There is any other way to update database without using server usage?
