Unable create free account

I was tried to create a free hosting, but I unable to do it.
As I am from Malaysia and it is high levels of abusive.
Is there anyone could help me create one, I need it urgently.

The key word you posted is urgently. That may not be something that happens. As there has been some major issues with servers and disk failures, the staff of x10 are backlogged with support requests.
