Unable to access account or cpanel

When I try to log into my account page, it comes up with the following error:
An Error Has Occurred

Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

Also, my website is down (I didn't log into the forums for over a week due to RL problems) and when I try to unsuspend it I get the following error:

Username: UberNube

Reason:

Suspension lift on: undefined

I am also unable to log into cpanel.

Website is: void.x10hosting.com

Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated, thankyou.
