Unable to access account via FTP

Hello,

I have been uploading a site and using both Dreamweaver ftp and Filezilla to upload my account. In the last 2/3 days I have been getting a Dreamweaver time-out message and Filezilla reports the following:

Status: Resolving address of roadcone.exofire.net
Status: Connecting to 74.63.233.3:21...
Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving address of roadcone.exofire.net
Status: Connecting to 74.63.233.3:21...
Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error: Could not connect to server

I'm sure the account connections are correct as it is unlikely that both applications would have become corrupted.

Thank you Vishal2 - I am new to this and did not know for sure which server I was on nor how it was progressing. I did not want to complain - after all, the service is free and has been very good.
