Yes, I have also done the same thing. I thought the migration was still happening? Will be sure to login every few days from today onwards.

Please try to resurrect my site. I put quite a bit of work into it!! envirowares.x10host.com

As per my update post in the migration thread from February all accounts were migrated then and any login issues seen after that point would be an indication that something went wrong. There are some backend work left to do which is the main reason the notice is there in the panel still, this Corona virus did further impact timeline for that however.

Between December 16th and May 21st you did not login to the account once, this lead it to be marked as inactive and purged in early March. The automated suspension system is halted during our maintenance, the login requirement (once every 30 days) has always been there however, so in mid of January the account would have been eligible for a suspension, and then 21 days later, first half of February it would have been terminated by the automated system.

Due to this being halted we did run a manual purge in early March (it was started the 4th) and since your account did not have any logins the the 60 days prior to the purge it was terminated as inactive.

Due to there being no warning emails as those are part of the automated, currently halted, system we said we'd this time allow for a restore if requested within reasonable time.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday March 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account.
I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.

Hi Anna. Thank you for restoring my account. I am now able to login. However, there is no files in the public_html directory? As a result, no website is displayed?

One thing I did notice was that there seems to be some sort of issue with my username? I use envirow2 to log in to the admin panel, but envirowa to login to the forum? Maybe my files are under the other account? It's a bit confusing.

Usernames are not necessarily the same, especially not when the forum account is older then the hosting account (looks like you had a previous hosting account that was removed for inactivity in November last year).

If there are files missing that would be an indication that the original transfer didn't work properly, and I'd need to get the backup from right before the old servers were taken offline and redo the transfer.

I'll look into that and post back when I have redone the transfer using the backup.

I have redone the transfer from the backup, but it doesn't appear to be anything in public_html of that backup either.

I just double checked by extracting the backup archive, and the public_html is indeed empty there as well. Looks like you never uploaded the files back after you created this account in November last year, only a few days after the old one had been removed for inactivity.

Strange....

Did you check both envirowa and envirow2 accounts? As there may be a mixup between the accounts?

As mentioned, I have the username envirow2 to login to my website panel, and envirowa to login to the forum?

The envirowa account is the account that you had and that was terminated as inactive after having been suspended for 21 days. envirowa2 is the account you created a few days after that. The previous account is not restorable.
