Unable to access control panel & can I add more than one extra domain on my account?

Hi,

I am unable to access my control via: http://gstenterprises.com:2082 or via my ip address?

cPanel Username: gagandeeptiwana
Subdomain: gstenterprises.com
X10 Package: Add Free
How long your account has been up: Around 4-5 days

Also can I have my than one extra domain on my account or do I need to create additional xhosting accounts if that is allowed?

I believe the hosting plan you have allows 3 parked domains. We don't allow multiple accounts on the free servers. Sorry.

Can you try logging in using this url? http://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082

Make sure you use all lowercase letters and your cPanel user name is gagandee which maybe the reason you can't log into the cPanel. You seem to be trying to use your forums name and not your cPanel name.

Make sure you use all lowercase letters and your cPanel user name is gagandee which maybe the reason you can't log into the cPanel. You seem to be trying to use your forums name and not your cPanel name.

So I can use 3 domains in total can they all be external domains or does one have to be the default x10 domain?

I have navigated to the above url and unable to connect keeps appearing for that domain?

-Three as Addon domain

It seems that port 2082 is being blocked, check your firewall settings and check this. Port 2082 shouldn't be blocked, and it should be allowed.

Just a couple of quick questions:
Can I change the log in id: gagandee to gagandeeptiwana?

Can you explain the differences between primary, parked and Addon domains?

If I wish to use domains I have registered elsewhere I assume these would be Addon domains?
I have 3 .com external domains I wish to use and 3 .co.uk domains that I just wish to redirect to these .com and I was ideally hoping to do this via htaccess 401 redirect.

cPanel usernames have a maximum limit of 8 characters. We also can't change cPanel usernames as there are many backend stuff (like PHP versions) that work by the cPanel username.

Primary domain: Is the domain you've set as primary, the main domain of your hosting account. It shows the content of your public_html
Parked domains: This domains show the same content as the primary domain. They can be easily redirected on cPanel.
Addon domains: This are used to host multiple websites in a single account. Addon domains allow you to show the content of a subfolder (For example: public_html/anotherwebsite/), so apart from your primary domain, you can have as much different websites as Addon domains you have.
