Unable to access control panel on x11.x10hosting.com - IP blocked?

For a few days now I'm unable to access my site control panel on x11.x10hosting.com [ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT]

If I connect via VPN, it works OK, so I think my home IP address may be blocked for some reason.

Are you please able to check?
